Freddie Offley remembers feeling pressure to apply to Oxbridge Universities due his success at school but choosing Birmingham to find a better balance and having the best time of his life. He then takes us through his journey of Interships and Grad Schemes to end up on an Energy Trading floor as an analyst and what this taught him, before Covid made him rethink his entire career. He is now working in the Civil Service as an analyst and loves his role.
